If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for a period of 365 days from the original purchase date-- we'll even pay for the return shipping to the customer within USA.

Returned cymbals must be unworn (without stick marks and key holing, with the logos), in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Returning a cymbal within USA
.
1. Repack your unused cymbal in the original packaging.
Indicate if you would like to exchange a cymbal for a different one or if you would like a
refund. A refund is only possible within 14 days from the original purchase date.
The returns exceeding the 14 days from the original purchase date are to be
exchanged only.
Orders from catalog any time are to be exchanged only.
The same original purchase conditions are applied for the exchange,
if the original purchase was made without a special discount,
no further discount is applied for the exchange.
3. We will email you a return UPS label attached in PNG format.
4. Print the UPS label and secure it on your package.
5. Drop off your package to an UPS location.
