If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for a period of 365 days from the original purchase date-- we'll even pay for the return shipping to the customer within USA.
Returned cymbals must be unworn (without stick marks and key holing, with the logos), in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. A refund is only possible within 14 days from the original purchase date. The returns exceeding the 14 days from the original purchase date are to be exchanged only. Custom orders made from the catalog any time are to be exchanged only. The original purchase conditions are applied for the exchange.
Returning a cymbal within USA
1. Repack your unused cymbal in the original packaging.
2. Send an email to cymbalhousesales@gmail.com and mention your return. Indicate if you would like to exchange a cymbal for a different one or if you would like a refund.
3. We will email you a UPS return label. Please print the label, attach it to the package and drop off the package to a UPS location.
